For The Oracle

If you're not happy with with your purchase in the three days, we're happy to refund in full.

If something goes wrong on the technical side — a reading doesn't generate, you're charged twice, access doesn't unlock — that's on me to fix, and I will. Email and we'll make it right.

Oracle Infinite subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through the app and won't renew after your current period ends. You keep access through the time you've already paid for.

For The Birthing Room

The Birthing Room is an intimate, application-only container with eight seats. When you're accepted and you claim your seat, that seat comes out of circulation - someone else who wanted it doesn't get in.

Because of that, payments for The Birthing Room are non-refundable. This includes both paid-in-full and payment-plan enrolments. Enrolling on the payment plan is a commitment to all three payments.

This isn't about keeping your money if something goes wrong. It's about the nature of the work. The Room asks you to commit before you feel ready - that's the whole point of it - and a refund option quietly undercuts the commitment for everyone in the circle. You're not buying a product you can return. You're claiming a seat and a season.

If a genuine emergency makes it impossible for you to continue, reach out. I'll always talk to you as a human. But the baseline is: this is a full-season commitment, and the investment reflects that.
